his aspirations towards artistic expressions that has continued
throughout his life.
In 1965, Robert moved to Santa
Barbara, Ca., with his family where he continued

Robert paints mostly from life and en plein air. He states, "I
am drawn to reflective waters and harbor images, when the early
morning sunlight and late
afternoon shadows are constant sources of mood and light."
The still lifes and landscapes of Robert Davis are found in art
collections throughout the U.S.
