Professor Di Lifeng, born 1958
in China, is a Chinese artist in oil painting. He graduated from
Central Academy of Fine Arts of China with a postgraduate degree
in 1990 and is currently working at Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts.
He is also a member of the China Fine Artist Association.
Professor Di has held many art
exhibitions in China, Hong Kong, and Singapore. and his works
have been given the highest awards at the exhibitions. His great
works "The Qing Dynasty's Imperial Family" and "The
Orient without Evil" made him a star in Beijing and in Hong
Kong.
Professor Di's works are remarkable
for their special expressions. They are well skilled, simple
and deep, serious and beautiful. They show us what had happened
in China's past and China's splendid course of history. His works
are now being collected in Asia and throughout the world, creating
their own unique language of art.
His remarkable skills and his
felicity in the representation of the grace, dignity and beauty
of the Chinese people quickly brought him to the attention of
art collectors outside china. His oils have been exhibited extensively
in New York and Los Angeles.
