Hsin-Yao Tseng

Hsin-Yao Tseng was born in Taipei Taiwan in 1986. He was born to be an artist. At the early age of seven, he had a pencil in hand and was passionately advancing his skill with exercises provided by his parent. About the age of ten, he started to learn drawing and watercolor out side of school. This early exposure gave him the study foundation needed to excel at very early age.
He is currently studying at the Academy of Art University, San Francisco majoring in fine art painting. He always stays at school as his working studio every day to achieve solid craftsmanship in his art works. He mostly does landscape, figurative, and also still-life by using bright color and expressive brush-strokes to indicate his subject. His dedication and interest towards learning art is evident by over ten years of non-stop studying.
Hsin-Yao has won couples of awards at the Academy of Art University Spring show, and The Third Place in the International Artist Magazine (June/July 2008). Also he has been showing paintings in Wendt Gallery in Laguna Beach. About a year to graduating, his next goal is trying to get into as many contests as he can. His work and passion for painting has never been stronger as he continues to paint and think outside the boundaries.
