Artist Statement

"I want to express the feeling and emotion I experienced that touched me through my perception, especially the relationship between people and their environments. As a painter, I want to build and compose my paintings combining gestures from the figures with their surroundings in a harmonious and balanced way to show that beauty is everywhere, in any situation". - Yen-Ching
